Our membership is intentionally limited, allowing me to offer a true concierge experience—focused on personalized service, quality, and care over quantity. In the event The Coven is at capacity, we will gladly place you on our exclusive waitlist and personally contact you when the next opening if offered.

A word to the wise, this season’s Coven members will be granted first invitation to renew their place in next year’s circle before any open spots are offered to the public.
The Details
Membership grants you privileged access to our curated collection of rooted cuttings—no waiting for public releases or competing for coveted varieties that disappear in seconds. Some cultivars will only be offered to Coven members and will not be released for public sale. You’ll receive an exclusive catalogue of our cultivars and may select the varieties that speak to you. Once your cuttings are ready, we will personally reach out to coordinate a shipping window tailored to your schedule.
Membership Guidelines
Membership grants you one season of skip-the-line access to our most exclusive cultivars as rooted cuttings. Please note that the membership fee is a standalone cost and is not applied toward future purchases.
Each member may reserve one of each cultivar for the season. Should our inventory allow, we will graciously offer the opportunity to purchase additional quantities.
All pricing for our exclusive cultivars is released privately to members. These pricing sheets remain confidential and are not shared outside the membership.
Overnight shipping fees will apply to each order.
By purchasing a membership or placing any order with us, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed, understand, and agree to all Everly Acres terms of sale and policies (see Terms of the Craft and policies outlined below).
Dahlia cultivation carries its own touch of unpredictability, and even the most carefully tended gardens can experience loss for reasons beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, we will communicate openly with our members and provide refunds or replacements in a timely and thoughtful manner.
On rare occasions, unforeseen issues with plant health or seasonal loss may prevent us from fulfilling every cutting on your wish list. When this happens, we will handle it with honesty, care, and the integrity you expect from Everly Acres.
Cuttings require intention, knowledge, and attentive care to grow into the lush, extraordinary plants they are destined to become. By purchasing, you acknowledge the responsibility of nurturing these little beauties once they arrive.
After your healthy babies depart our hands—lovingly prepared and delivered swiftly to you—their continued well-being rests with their new keeper. We cannot assume responsibility for any loss that occurs during shipping or after arrival.
Bloom Verification Transparency
We will be offering both bloom-confirmed and non-confirmed varieties, each sourced directly from trusted, reputable growers. Every cultivar will be clearly identified so members may see whether its bloom has been verified. As the season progresses and we are able to confirm blooms, we will update our inventory to reflect this if you prefer to wait.
Our purpose in offering non-confirmed blooms is simple: to place rare and extraordinary varieties into the hands of our members without requiring an additional season of waiting. When a bloom is listed as non-confirmed, this disclosure allows the buyer to knowingly assume a measure of risk.
That said, we stand firmly behind everything we offer. Should an issue arise, the Coven will work with you to ensure the matter is resolved with fairness and care.
Coven Exclusive Shipping
Shipping is coordinated individually with each member, ensuring every cutting begins its journey under the most favorable conditions. All orders are sent via overnight or second day delivery to minimize stress on your new botanical treasures.
We kindly ask that you select a shipping window that will not expose your babies to extreme heat or cold, allowing them to travel safely between realms.
Each parcel is prepared with intention and care, wrapped in protective materials chosen to cradle your plants gently and ensure they arrive ready to thrive in their new home.
Policies
Please review the following policies carefully before joining. By purchasing a membership, you agree that you have read, understand, and will abide by them.
First are foremost, At Everly Acres, we hold that all exchanges—whether botanical or personal—are rooted in mutual respect. Our intention is to offer warm, thoughtful service and gracious communication, and we kindly ask the same in return from every member of the Coven.
Unkindness, harassment, bullying, or irrational behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Such conduct will result in placement on our Do Not Sell list. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason; membership fees are non-refundable.
These flowers are my passion and cherished creative refuge, tended alongside a demanding full-time career. Though I work with intention and care, I am still a mere mortal. Despite my diligence, the occasional human misstep may slip through the veil. Because I personally handle the majority of the dahlia work to ensure exceptional quality, I ask for your patience as I respond to messages and inquiries. I promise you will hear from me as soon as I am able.

Coven Confidentiality
The Cutting Coven is designed as a private, early-access circle. Pricing lists, allocation emails, and member only offerings are exclusive to Coven members.
These materials are not to be shared publicly, forwarded to non-members, posted on social media platforms or forums.
This confidentiality helps preserve the integrity, fairness, and exclusivity of the Coven experience.
Everly Acres reserves the right to revoke membership privileges if these terms are violated.
At this time, our varieties typically range between $30-$60, while some varieties may be more or less.
Membership Overview
• The Cutting Coven is a limited-membership club. Please note that the membership fee is a standalone cost and is not applied toward future purchases.

Ordering & Payment

Shipping & Local Pickup

Plant Health & Quality
At Everly Acres, we:
• Select from strong, healthy stock obtained from reputable sellers
• Discard weak or questionable cuttings and mother stock
• Package plants carefully for transit
However, please understand:
• Dahlia cuttings are living plants
• Growth performance depends on:
• Weather
• Care
• Soil conditions
• Individual growing environments
Refunds, Replacements & Guarantees
Because we are shipping live plants:
• All sales are final
• No refunds for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Weather-related stress
• Improper care after delivery
If a plant arrives:
• Severely damaged
• Or not viable upon arrival
Members must:
• Email within 24 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of:
• Packaging
• Plant condition
At our discretion, we may offer:
• A replacement (if available), or
• Store credit or refund
Pest & Virus Policy
At Everly Acres, plant health is a top priority. We take multiple precautions to provide strong, clean cuttings, but it is important to understand the realities of working with live plants.
Our Practices
• Cuttings are taken only from visually healthy, vigorous stock plants.
• Weak or questionable plants are discarded.
• Growing areas are monitored regularly for pests and disease.
• Standard sanitation practices are followed.
Pest Disclaimer
Despite careful monitoring:
• It is not possible to guarantee a completely pest-free environment.
• Common greenhouse pests may include:
• Aphids
• Thrips
• Spider mites
• Fungus gnats
By purchasing from Everly Acres, members acknowledge:
• Minor pest presence can occur in live plant production.
• Buyers are expected to:
• Inspect plants upon arrival
• Quarantine new plants when possible
• Follow standard integrated pest management (IPM) practices
Virus & Disease Disclaimer
Dahlias are known to carry certain viruses that may not always show visible symptoms.
Please note:
• Everly Acres does not claim virus-indexed or laboratory-tested stockunless explicitly stated.
• Stock plants are selected based on:
• Strong growth
• Good vigor
• Lack of visible virus symptoms
• However, latent or asymptomatic virus presence is possible.
By joining the Cutting Coven, members agree:
• Dahlias are living plants with inherent biological variability.
• Everly Acres is not responsible for:
• Virus expression in future growth
• Reduced vigor related to latent infections
• No refunds or replacements will be issued for:
• Suspected or confirmed virus discovered later in the season
Recommended Buyer Practices
Members are encouraged to:
• Quarantine new cuttings for 1–2 weeks
• Monitor regularly for pests or disease
• Practice good sanitation
• Rogue plants showing strong virus symptoms
Variety Accuracy
All cuttings are labeled carefully. If a variety is not yet verified personally by us, we will make this clear. I am but a mere mortal, and mistakes may happen. Please offer me grace and allow me to make it right for you in the rare event that your bloom isn’t true to variety.
Membership Conduct & Fair Access
To keep the Coven fair and enjoyable:
• Membership is intended for personal use and small-scale growing.
• Everly Acres reserves the right to:
• Limit quantities per variety
• Adjust allocations for fairness
• Membership may be revoked without refund for:
• Harassment
• Fraudulent behavior
• Chargebacks
• Policy violations
We kindly ask that, should any concern arise with your order, you allow us the opportunity to make it right before turning to social media or public review platforms. We are committed to caring for our members with fairness, grace, and integrity.

Members agree to:
