Our membership is intentionally limited, allowing me to offer a true concierge experience—focused on personalized service, quality, and care over quantity. In the event The Coven is at capacity, we will gladly place you on our exclusive waitlist and personally contact you when the next opening if offered.
The Details
Membership grants you privileged access to our curated collection of rooted cuttings—no waiting for public releases or competing for coveted varieties that disappear in seconds. You’ll receive an exclusive catalogue of our cultivars and may select the varieties that speak to you. Once your cuttings are ready, we will personally reach out to coordinate a shipping window tailored to your schedule.
Membership Guidelines
Membership grants you one season of skip-the-line access to our most exclusive cultivars as rooted cuttings. Please note that the membership fee is a standalone cost and is not applied toward future purchases.
Each member may reserve one of each cultivar for the season. Should our inventory allow, we will graciously offer the opportunity to purchase additional quantities.
All pricing for our exclusive cultivars is released privately to members. These pricing sheets remain confidential and are not shared outside the membership.
Overnight shipping fees will apply to each order.
By purchasing a membership or placing any order with us, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed, understand, and agree to all Everly Acres terms of sale and policies (see Terms of the Craft).
Dahlia cultivation carries its own touch of unpredictability, and even the most carefully tended gardens can experience loss for reasons beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, we will communicate openly with our members and provide refunds or replacements in a timely and thoughtful manner.
On rare occasions, unforeseen issues with plant health or seasonal loss may prevent us from fulfilling every cutting on your wish list. When this happens, we will handle it with honesty, care, and the integrity you expect from Everly Acres.
Cuttings require intention, knowledge, and attentive care to grow into the lush, extraordinary plants they are destined to become. By purchasing, you acknowledge the responsibility of nurturing these little beauties once they arrive.
After your healthy babies depart our hands—lovingly prepared and delivered swiftly to you—their continued well-being rests with their new keeper. We cannot assume responsibility for any loss that occurs during shipping or after arrival.
Bloom Verification Transparency
We will be offering both bloom-confirmed and non-confirmed varieties, each sourced directly from trusted, reputable growers. Every cultivar will be clearly identified so members may see whether its bloom has been verified.
Our purpose in offering non-confirmed blooms is simple: to place rare and extraordinary varieties into the hands of our members without requiring an additional season of waiting. When a bloom is listed as non-confirmed, this disclosure allows the buyer to knowingly assume a measure of risk.
That said, we stand firmly behind everything we offer. Should an issue arise, the Coven will work with you to ensure the matter is resolved with fairness and care.
Coven Exclusive Shipping
Shipping is coordinated individually with each member, ensuring every cutting begins its journey under the most favorable conditions. All orders are sent via overnight or second day delivery to minimize stress on your new botanical treasures.
We kindly ask that you select a shipping window that will not expose your babies to extreme heat or cold, allowing them to travel safely between realms.
Each parcel is prepared with intention and care, wrapped in protective materials chosen to cradle your plants gently and ensure they arrive ready to thrive in their new home.
