At Everly Acres, we hold that all exchanges—whether botanical or personal—are rooted in mutual respect. Our intention is to offer warm, thoughtful service and gracious communication, and we kindly ask the same in return from every member of the Coven.
Unkindness, harassment, bullying, or irrational behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Such conduct will result in placement on our Do Not Sell list. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason; membership fees are non-refundable.
These flowers are my passion and cherished creative refuge, tended alongside a demanding full-time career. Though I work with intention and care, I am still a mere mortal. Despite my diligence, the occasional human misstep may slip through the veil. Because I personally handle the majority of the dahlia work to ensure exceptional quality, I ask for your patience as I respond to messages and inquiries. I promise you will hear from me as soon as I am able.

Tuber purchases are for one dahlia tuber, cutting purchases are for one cutting.
All sales are final, changes cannot be made once orders are placed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion.
No guarantees after planting. Due to factors outside our control, including weather, pests, soil conditions, watering practices, and grower experience- we cannot guarantee performance after planting.

Virus, Disease & Pests
It is widely recognized that 75–85% of dahlias carry viral presence, even when no symptoms are visible. At Everly Acres, our practical and diligent approach to virus management includes immediately removing any plant that appears suspicious. While we do not test every individual plant and cannot guarantee a completely virus-free collection, we uphold rigorous standards to safeguard the health of our stock.
With a background in medical science, I bring a disciplined, methodical approach to sanitation. Each cutting is isolated in its own water source, all tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between uses, and medical-grade gloves are worn when handling plant material to ensure the highest level of care. Each dahlia is individually hand-dug, reflecting our commitment to precision and care. We do not employ mechanical harvesting at any stage. All tools are thoroughly sanitized between plants, and our harvesting and dividing practices adhere to strict sanitary standards to ensure the integrity and health of every specimen.
We also remain vigilant in managing common pests. Our field-grown dahlias are protected through the use of beneficial insects, while our greenhouse is treated thoughtfully and only as needed. Every effort is made to ensure that the plants you receive are tended with intention, integrity, and meticulous stewardship.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for virus discovered later in the season.
All buyers are encouraged to quarantine new plant material for 1-2 weeks, monitor closely for pests and disease, practice good sanitization, follow a proactive integrated pest management protocol, and cull plants showing viral symptoms.
We make no guarantee that any of our stock is virus or disease free.
Variety Accuracy
All cuttings and tubers are labeled carefully and with diligence. If a variety is not yet verified personally by us, we will make this clear. I am but a mere mortal, and mistakes may happen. Please offer me grace and allow me to make it right for you in the rare event that your bloom isn’t true to variety.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and kindly reach out to us within 48 hours if you have concerns about your order so they can promptly be addressed.
We kindly ask that, should any concern arise with your order, you allow us the opportunity to make it right before turning to social media or public review platforms. We are committed to caring for our members with fairness, grace, and integrity.
If you believe a cultivar may have been mislabeled, please contact us with photos or video so we may help you verify its identity. Should a true mislabel occur, we will gladly offer a replacement—if available—or a refund.
